Member Points Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Upon registering as a member for free, you will be automatically enrolled in the "Nude Story Reward U Member Points Program". Lavender / Neroli Fans earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent; Rose VIP Ever members earn 2 points for every HK$1 spent (shipping fees, taxes, add-on products, and gift cards are excluded). Points earned are calculated based on the actual payment amount of each order. Points are valid for 365 days, starting from the day after your order is fully prepared for shipment.
2. Accumulated points can be used within 365 days from the start of your membership plan.
3. If points are not used, the system will automatically void and reset them to zero after the expiry date without notice or reissue.
4. Redeemed reward promo codes are valid for 30 days. If not used within the validity period, the redeemed code will automatically expire and will not be reissued.
5. The membership validity for each tier in this program is 365 days from the day after the upgrade. Upon expiration, your membership tier will be determined based on your accumulated spending over the previous 365 days.
6. Product reviews must contain at least 30 characters; submissions shorter than this will be considered invalid. We reserve the right not to issue points for such entries.
7. ROSE VIP EVER lifetime members will enjoy the benefits provided by Nude Story permanently.
8. This membership program applies only to purchases made on the Nude Story official website. Purchases made via retailers, previous orders, or orders not placed through website login (including but not limited to orders placed via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, or email) are not eligible to earn, redeem, or use points from this program.
9. Members must log in before checkout to earn and/or use points for website purchases. Checkout as a guest will not allow for the earning or use of points.
10. If you do not log in before a transaction, points for that order will be forfeited; they cannot be claimed retroactively or reissued. If an order is canceled, refunded, or contains add-on products/gift cards/shipping fees, the corresponding points will be deducted or voided subsequently.
11. Earned points can only be redeemed on your next purchase.
12. The 8% off discount for your first online purchase must be applied using a promo code at checkout. If not used, we will not notify you, provide refunds, or cover the price difference.
13. The 8% off discount for your first online purchase cannot be used in conjunction with sets or other offers. A minimum spend of HK$300.00 is required.
14. The $50 shopping credit redeemed via points requires a minimum spend of HK$300.00 and is valid for regular-priced products only. Only one promo code can be used per order, and all redeemed discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
15. The $120 shopping credit redeemed via points requires a minimum spend of HK$800.00 and is valid for regular-priced products only. Only one promo code can be used per order, and all redeemed discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
16. Order discounts redeemed via points are valid for regular-priced products only. Only one promo code can be used per order, and all redeemed discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
17. The one-time birthday month regular-priced product discount is non-extendable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared (sets and add-on products are excluded).
18. ROSE VIP EVER lifetime members must make a purchase during their birthday month to receive a birthday gift. The gift will be shipped with the birthday order; if no purchase is made during the birthday month, the gift will not be sent later.
19. In the event of a refund, the points earned from the returned products will be deducted from the customer's account.
20. The member points reward program does not apply to specific customers using special promo codes.
21. All points and redeemed vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
22. Only one redeemed reward code can be used per order to redeem discounts and/or free products. All redeemed discounts cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to charge for the price difference if the discount is misused.

24. Once a reward cash voucher is used, if you request an order cancellation due to personal reasons or if the order fails to meet the terms of use, the voucher will not be reissued. We reserve the right to charge for the price difference.
25. Points are accumulated within a single membership account only and cannot be combined, transferred, or shared. All records are based on Nude Story's computer system.
26. All point records are subject to our computer system. In case of any dispute, Nude Story reserves the right of final decision.
