I've been trying this for three months, and I find this massage oil quite effective for me. I wonder if you guys also experience that dull ache a day or two before your period starts like I do; using this oil to massage really provides immediate relief from that dull pain! It also feels much more comfortable to use it for circular massages when I have cramps, so I don't have to rely solely on painkillers. Its effects are much more long-lasting and effective than a hot water bottle.
