HOW TO ORDER

  • We do not accept any cancellation after order has been confirmed, also no exchangeable and refundable, thank you very much for your understanding. 

  • We insist on small-batch production to keep it fresh. It usually takes within  3-5 working days after confirmation. It may need 6-10 working days under tight supply condition. Exclude Sunday and Public Holiday.

  • Delay may depend on delivery service company.

SF Express Self Pick-up : ( Pick up point: Customers can select SF Store/ SF Service Center/ EF Locker / Business address / Residential address) 

  • ​Order under HK$800: Receiver pays upon delivery HK$30. 

  • Order over HK$800: Free shipping

​It usually takes within  3-5 working days after confirmation. It may need 6-10 working days under tight supply condition. Exclude Sunday and Public Holiday. Delay may depend on delivery service company.

  • Please provde the SF Express store CODE and adress for self-pick up. 

  • You will received the SMS from SF Express( Hong Kong Customer)  to pick up your products。If failed delivery, the additional charges will be borne by the customer.

  • If the residential address / Business address  may not be picked up during office hours, it is recommended to choose SF Store / EF Locker. 

  • Free Shipping offer is calculated based on the actual amount paid. 

  • Free shipping offer is not unqualified if using discount code shipping.

Shipping ( International )

  • Shipping fee is determined by the courier according to the weight of the products. You will be able to check your shipping rate at checkout​. If you cannot find your location show in check out box. please contact us to identify the necessary amount of Delivery Fee to be paid before placing the order. Exact postage can only be determined after confirming the order quantities and weights.Customers are recommended to get an initial quotation from Hong Kong Post . Actual postage to be determined upon delivery may deviate from the initial quotation, as the packaging materials will also affect the postage.

  • Customers shall be responsible for checking if there are any weight and other import restrictions imposed by the destination country.

  • Please note that we will no responsible for any duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees and any issues that may arise in your country.
